The person who has made the ritual of getting a specific glass; filling it with ice and lemon etc. while usually, this will lead to the good outcome of drinking water, what about the morning when they wake up and the favorite glass is dirty or they don't have lemon to put in the water? This person may decide to skip the water because they can't do it in a way that meets their expectation and this could lead to missing out on an important part of their weight loss plan.
