Here is a great beginner treadmill workout. It’s only ten minutes so if you are short on time it will get your heart pumping and give you a great workout. Or, you can add it on to a longer workout if you are feeling energetic after completing another workout. I added this on after a 30 minute Peloton ride and it was the perfect end to the workout. The songs are fun and the workout is too.
If you are having a low motivation day this will inspire you. It’s only 10 minutes and only three songs. How easy is that?
If you want more of a challenge you can increase the incline or the speeds. If it’s a little too much for you then you can modify the jogs to an increased walking speed. The goal is to get a good workout and have fun doing it!
