Are you looking for a quick ten minute treadmill workout for beginners? For me there are three must haves in any treadmill workout. I like to keep it short. I like lots of intervals (I don't want to spend the whole time running. And, it needs to have a great playlist.
This workout hits all those goals. It's actually a little longer than 10 minutes (11 minutes 45 seconds but the last 1:45 is walking). It has a great country playlist where the runs are timed to the fun parts of the song.
Use this as a complete work out if you are short on time or just getting back in shape. Or stack this with other short workouts. Or, use this as a warm up or finisher to your Peloton ride or whatever your main exercise set was for the day!
